Trey Chapman is a New York–based film director, screenwriter, and producer whose work blends visceral genre with intimate, character-driven storytelling. His short Rent Boy (2025), a surreal thriller starring Devin Druid (13 Reasons Why), premiered at Palm Springs International ShortFest and screened at HollyShorts. His debut short Rosewood Ledge (2019) established his reputation for stylish, unsettling narratives.

Trey’s filmmaking merges psychological tension, human complexity, and striking visual design—crafted to resonate with both festival audiences and mainstream viewers. In addition to directing, he has built a career as a commercial editor for Fortune 500 brands and A-list talent, sharpening his instincts for precision, pacing, and production value. He is currently developing multiple feature projects in collaboration with U.S. and international producers.
